Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Policy

    • You can return the products within 14 days of the date of receiving the order.
    • Products that cannot be returned are stated in the product information, such as underwear of all kinds.
    • Underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and its packaging cannot be opened. Please check the size before ordering.
    • The products must be in their original packaging, with the original label, and in the same condition as when the customer received the products.
    • The return fee is the same as the delivery fee and is deducted from the total refund amount.
    • In the case of free delivery, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the purchase amount after the refund is less than the amount required for free delivery.
    • If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will bear the shipping costs and deliver the replacement to the customer without any additional charges.
    • In the event of a full return, the delivery fee will be deducted in addition to the return fees shown above.
    • Methods for obtaining a refund when returning a product or the entire order:
      • Refunds are only issued through the original payment method.
      • Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount as explained above.
      • When paying by credit card, the refunded amount is deposited onto the same credit card used in the purchase.
      • If the payment method is "cash on delivery", the amount will be refunded by hand through the representative responsible for receiving the return.

    Replacement policy

    • You can exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order.
    • The products must be in their original packaging, with the original label, and in the same condition as when the customer received the products.
    • The customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement products he wishes to exchange.
